Job Summary

Assistant Store Manager responsible for delivering a premium client experience, building strong client relationships, and driving sales through outstanding service in a luxury retail environment. You’ll help meet store KPIs, lead and train teammates, and support the Store Manager while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, UPT and Client Data Capture.
•Train and develop store associates through roleplay, coaching, and ongoing feedback to maintain high performance.
•Support the Store Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining bench strength of potential candidates.
•Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to visual guidelines, company policies, and exceptional client service standards.
•Promote the organization’s goals and adapt flexibly to change while maintaining calm, professional store operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 28 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

•Strong sales track record in luxury retail or high-end fashion, with proven ability to meet sales goals and KPI targets.
•Excellent client service and relationship-building skills, with a passion for the luxury travel and lifestyle market.
•Experience training and developing store staff, coaching through role-play and feedback, and supporting onboarding.
•Ability to recruit and network to build a high-caliber team and maintain bench strength for the store.
•Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
