Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support by responding to and tracking requests via phone and email
  • •Continuously review open service requests, prioritize by mission requirements, and ensure issues are closed to customer satisfaction
  • •Monitor and maintain installed IT systems and infrastructure, including installing, configuring, testing, and performing routine maintenance on operating systems and applications
  • •Troubleshoot system problems across network, desktop, and systems hardware/software, including entering and triaging requests in the issue management system
  • •Support end users and manage Active Directory Organizational Units to ensure policy compliance, including VTC scheduling/equipment maintenance
