Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a finance business partner for the GBS Cost division, supporting and steering business planning and tracking to optimize financial performance and efficiency.
  • •Drive budgets, quarterly forecasts, and related comments; challenge results and measure progress on own KPIs.
  • •Ensure compliance with Group guidance and apply corporate controlling guidelines across reporting, target setting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • •Assess and report variances versus GBS (and adidas Porto) budget and approved costs; recommend actions to enable fact-based decision making.
  • •Lead business case governance and medium-sized projects, implement findings, and support sustainability of outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • •6+ years’ experience working on relevant projects or initiatives.
  • •Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to manage data from multiple sources.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills and proven SAP FI experience.
