Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, structure, and execute new lending opportunities in partnership with the Group Leader.
  • •Lead underwriting and the credit approval process to ensure alignment with strategic goals and risk framework.
  • •Oversee existing and new transactions, including loan modifications, compliance tracking, legal documentation, and financial analysis.
  • •Act as central point of contact for borrowers, sponsors, legal advisors, risk teams, and internal stakeholders to support seamless execution.
  • •Manage and develop a team of portfolio managers through mentorship, training, and oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and portfolio management.

  • •2+ years demonstrating client relationship management and ability to negotiate deal terms.
