Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, monitor, and coach maintenance employees to ensure a productive workforce in compliance with company policies.
  • •Lead outage planning and performance, including developing work scope packages, work order plan packages, and outage resource and performance strategies.
  • •Develop and manage plans, schedules, and budgets for planned, maintenance, and forced outage work, including scope growth and cost-effective resource use.
  • •Oversee contractors, vendors, and third-party coordination for outage work, including performance reporting, communications, and plan revisions.
  • •Support safety and environmental programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote continuous improvement through quality control programs and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of power plant operations or maintenance experience, or a baccalaureate degree in engineering/business/related fields plus 7 years of equivalent experience.
  • •Experience leading/supervising employees in a related field.
  • •Knowledge of safety and environmental programs and ability to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • •Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate maintenance and forced outage work, including work scopes, work orders, and resource allocation.
  • •Ability to ensure correct use of Lockout-Tagout procedures and maintain effective maintenance and outage procedures.
