Key Responsibilities

•Drive ready mix trucks safely in the plant yard, on public highways/roads, and at job sites to deliver products.
•Maintain equipment in a safe and clean condition, including performing pre- and post-trip truck inspections.
•Verify compliance with mix specifications after loading and at the job site.
•Align the mixer drum for unloading, operate the truck to release concrete into the chute, and clean the truck after delivery to prevent hardening.
•Place and operate chutes to deliver product as directed; perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•One to two years related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.
•Must possess a valid state commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or Class B.
•Must possess a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
