Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of analysts and coordinate priorities across locations to ensure quality and accuracy of investment reports and analysis.
  • •Collaborate with Canadian leadership to coordinate deliverables, drive operational improvements, and support training initiatives.
  • •Manage workflow and collaboration between Colombia and Canada teams to deliver high-quality results for clients.
  • •Review investment performance reports, reconciliations, and portfolio analysis to troubleshoot issues and maintain precision.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in math, statistics, finance, engineering, business administration, or economics (postgraduate studies desirable).

  • •Strong technical and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality work products.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English at C1 or higher.
