Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the setup and ongoing operations of the Nashville warehouse to support HVAC/electrical field service teams.
•Manage material receiving, kitting, storage/labelling, and inventory accuracy through cycle counts and record maintenance.
•Execute supplier pickups/returns, coordinate vendor returns, and handle warranty-related RMAs and credits.
•Update inventory movements and adjustments in NetSuite and ensure real-time inventory data in the ERP system.
•Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and follow safety standards including OSHA electrical and OSHA LOTO.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Must be able to operate a forklift.
•5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
•Proven track record managing all aspects of warehouse management.
•Strong analytical skills and ERP experience, with NetSuite experience preferred; must also follow OSHA electrical standard and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
