Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate the finance vision into an end-state technology architecture for Project Costing systems.
  • •Lead development and execution of major initiatives in the Project Costing space for Finance.
  • •Develop requirements, manage delivery with IT, and run user acceptance testing to drive adoption.
  • •Manage work in an agile environment using Jira, delivering accurate updates to leadership and escalating risks/issues with mitigation plans.
  • •Collaborate across Finance, IT, and the broader business in a matrixed environment, influencing without authority using subject matter expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Experience managing finance transformation initiatives and working across all phases of a technology implementation lifecycle.
  • •Proven track record managing Project Costing system implementations and upgrades (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP S/4 HANA, Workday, Planview, Planisware or equivalent).
  • •Strong understanding of project accounting, cost allocation, forecasting, and capital/operational expense management.
  • •Ability to apply Agile methodology and manage delivery with close collaboration with IT, including user acceptance testing and client adoption.
