Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle, supporting cost planning, pricing, forecasting, and financial reporting with robust commercial controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Commercial experience within construction, facilities management, property maintenance, or a related industry, with a strong understanding of quantity surveying, commercial management, and contract administration.
  • •Confident preparing cost models, supporting tenders, managing commercial risk, and providing clear commercial advice through the full project lifecycle.
  • •Strong communicator able to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with colleagues, clients, and supply chain partners while working collaboratively across teams.
  • •Hold an HND, Foundation Degree, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, or have significant equivalent industry experience.
  • •Experience working on facilities management or construction projects, including multiple concurrent minor works through to projects valued up to £4.5 million, with commercial processes, cost management, and risk analysis knowledge.
