Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the planning and execution of technology audits and reviews, including SOX IT compliance and risk-based IT audits.
  • •Oversee project management activities to align timelines, budgets, and resources with strategic goals.
  • •Lead and develop the Technology Audit team by coaching, providing feedback, and driving performance.
  • •Communicate audit results and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership through high-impact deliverables.
  • •Support annual risk assessment and audit planning, stay current on technology/audit best practices, and identify efficiencies across audit processes and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, or related field.
  • •CISA, CRISC, CIA certification and 8+ years of experience in IT audit, risk, or compliance with internal controls and SOX 404.
  • •2+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports and driving team performance.
  • •Strong knowledge of applications, operating systems, and databases, including IT general controls, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT governance frameworks.
  • •Ability to plan and manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with clear communication across the organization.
