Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day maintenance to keep hotel equipment and premises in good repair with minimal downtime.
  • •Perform routine maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system maintenance.
  • •Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and address issues such as leaks, malfunctioning appliances, and broken fixtures.
  • •Inspect hotel rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards; repair or replace faulty items.
  • •Document maintenance activities and coordinate with hotel departments and contractors; follow safety procedures and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience and 2 years relevant working experience.
  • •Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently to maintain smooth hotel operations.
  • •Ability to identify and address maintenance needs to high standards while mitigating safety hazards.
  • •Effective communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and contractors.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills is required.
