Job Summary

Keep hotel facilities and equipment in good repair by completing maintenance work orders for multiple departments with minimal downtime. Perform routine tasks across painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC maintenance, while promptly addressing guest maintenance requests. Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, document repairs and inspections, and coordinate with departments and contractors to minimize guest disruption.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day maintenance to keep hotel equipment and premises in good repair with minimal downtime.
•Perform routine maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system maintenance.
•Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and address issues such as leaks, malfunctioning appliances, and broken fixtures.
•Inspect hotel rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards; repair or replace faulty items.
•Document maintenance activities and coordinate with hotel departments and contractors; follow safety procedures and regulations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years working experience and 2 years relevant working experience.
•Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently to maintain smooth hotel operations.
•Ability to identify and address maintenance needs to high standards while mitigating safety hazards.
•Effective communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and contractors.
•ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills is required.
