Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, encourage, and lead a high-performing sales organization by attracting, mentoring, and developing top talent.
  • •Define and execute sales vision and strategy to exceed revenue targets, manage quotas, and identify regional growth opportunities.
  • •Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client challenges and demonstrate how Agentforce delivers impact at scale.
  • •Develop executive relationships with key customer partners and align on long-term strategies and growth opportunities.
  • •Implement sales operations cadence—forecasting, deal progression, pipeline management, and AI consumption/adoption sales motion—using Salesforce CRM and cross-functional alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Consistent track record leading and scaling high-performance sales teams in fast-growth environments, including hiring, retaining, and developing talent.
  • •Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and how agent platforms work (configuration, agent setup, hooking into flows/automation, and API connections).
  • •Shown ability to exceed sales goals in highly technical sales contexts.
  • •Strong executive presence and experience building long-term relationships with senior customers.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with extensive background in technology sales; fluency in English; integration and/or SaaS selling is highly advantageous.
