Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on AI strategy by identifying and prioritising AI opportunities, facilitating discovery workshops, and assessing business value.
  • •Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solution designs and advise on AI readiness, adoption, governance, and responsible AI practices.
  • •Collaborate with delivery teams to design and implement AI-enhanced solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint/Microsoft 365.
  • •Design and configure solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including support for AI agents, copilots, automations, and knowledge experiences.
  • •Engage directly with business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting pre-sales activities like workshops and solution demonstrations; contribute to POCs and pilot projects.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a consulting, business applications, digital transformation, or AI-focused role.
  • •Experience implementing Microsoft solutions including one or more of: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, or Microsoft 365.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring or implementing Microsoft Copilot capabilities and/or Copilot Studio.
  • •Strong generative AI knowledge, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI governance/risk.
  • •Ability to bridge business and technical discussions, facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
