Trust Employee Benefits Operations Specialist – Wealth Operations

Process pension benefit payments and maintain accurate pension records for trust clients. Complete OFAC screening, initiate ACH files, set up payee information, and reconcile and remit withholding taxes to federal and state agencies. Monitor tax liability for accurate withholding, reporting, and payment in line with regulatory procedures. Interact with institutional administrators and communicate with pensioners to resolve issues, working within established daily/weekly/monthly/annual payment schedules.
