Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects from concept through completion – site analysis, concept/schematic design, detailed design, construction documentation, and contract administration.
  • •Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and client expectations on civic buildings, institutional sites, plazas, streetscapes, trails, parks, and open spaces.
  • •Collaborate across disciplines (landscape, urban design, architecture, planning, transportation, ecology, engineering) to deliver coordinated, high-impact outcomes.
  • •Champion sustainable and resilient design, with a focus on ecological restoration, climate adaptation, and innovation in public realm projects.
  • •Engage clients and stakeholders, lead presentations and workshops, and develop strong long-term relationships.

Salary: CAD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture (or related field).
  • •Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in landscape architecture and/or urban design.
  • •Licensed OALA Landscape Architect with Seal and Certificate; PMP an asset.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite; exposure to AutoCAD, Microstation, Civil 3D, Revit considered a plus.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex projects, direct teams, coordinate consultants, and oversee construction administration.
