  • •Collaborate with Product and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requests into clear, structured, phased technical specifications.
  • •Enforce engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive system documentation.
  • •Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scale; drive aligned business/technical communication via plans, specs, and postmortems.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience with software design patterns, APIs, and modern cloud backend architectures.
  • •3+ years of directly managing software engineering teams, including hiring, developing, and motivating engineers.
  • •Practical experience building SaaS/workflow tools, CRM, transactional systems, or enterprise software applications.
  • •Ability to manage a team backlog, protect against over-commitment, make resource trade-offs, and consistently ship high-quality software.
