•Acquire and manage local SMB and “local hero” merchants in Food/Restaurants, owning revenue growth and product adoption.
•Drive new merchant acquisition by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding high-potential SMBs against clear targets.
•Educate and enable SMBs with strategies, tools, and best practices to drive early activation, adoption, and long-term growth.
•Identify scalable growth opportunities and implement repeatable solutions to maximize merchant performance and portfolio.

•Bachelor’s degree in any major.

•Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with global and local teams.
