  • •Guide compensation planning cycles through calibration sessions and identify compensation remedies in the G&A function.
  • •Design, implement, and manage compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
  • •Lead job evaluation, market pricing analyses, and maintain internal equity and external competitiveness across job families and levels.
  • •Partner across G&A People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Stock, Finance, and vendors; lead change management and communications for compensation practices.
