Job Function: Hardware, Embedded & Systems Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership as the main point of contact for electrical integration activities, driving system-level electrical design decisions.
•Provide hands-on, in-field support of prototype and production level products.
•Collaborate with mechanical engineers to optimize high-power component selection, design and integration.
•Trade-off component selections against size, weight, power and EMI/EMC requirements.
•Work with design teams to achieve reliability goals at the system level and across concepts of operation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering or equivalent, with demonstrated ability to design digital and analog electronics from concept to production-ready product.
•Proven ability to troubleshoot existing hardware, identify root causes, and implement design improvements.
•Experience completing full cycle PCB design: requirements, schematic, component selection, layout, bring-up, test, debug, validation, and integration with the system.
•Strong documentation skills to capture design requirements, specifications, test coverage, and test reports.
•Ability to work with mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products in a fast-paced environment.
