Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a product design project end-to-end, translating product concepts into polished user experiences across mobile and/or web with coaching from an intern manager.
  • •Partner with the product team and cross-functional stakeholders to define user needs, explore solutions, and validate design directions.
  • •Present work in group design critiques and incorporate feedback to strengthen solutions.
  • •Build high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and collaborate with engineering on implementation.
  • •Collaborate with engineers to build and ship PRs using AI-assisted coding tools, translating designs into production-ready front-end changes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Use design tools such as Figma (and Cursor, etc.) to create user flows, wireframes, or visual designs, supported by a portfolio or project samples.
  • •Complete at least one design project that shows end-to-end thinking from problem definition through visual execution.
  • •Demonstrate basic familiarity with cryptocurrency concepts and Coinbase’s role in the ecosystem, with curiosity to learn more.
  • •Use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
