Senior Tooling Design Analyst

Lead the end-to-end design, development, analysis, release, and sustainment of complex tooling solutions supporting aerospace manufacturing and assembly. Use advanced CAD tools and systems engineering methods to derive tooling requirements, evaluate producibility and safety, and maintain configuration-controlled documentation. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and stress/FEA teams to resolve technical issues, support fabrication through acceptance, and deliver sustaining engineering across multiple concurrent efforts.
