Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Relationship Managers in structuring short- and long-term financing solutions.
  • •Identify and assess credit risks to ensure mitigation and compliance with Mexican banking regulation and internal HSBC policies.
  • •Prepare credit applications in English, including financial statement analysis, industry analysis, and annual projections to evaluate repayment capacity.
  • •Monitor portfolio compliance and completeness of credit files, identify negative trends, and support payments and disbursements.
  • •Engage with clients to follow up on documentation and coordinate with internal support teams (spreading, file monitoring, operations, legal).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Financial Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proficient English (written and spoken).
  • •Strong financial statement analysis skills.
  • •Basic knowledge of derivatives.
