Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation teams deploying new systems and operational processes in line with strategic initiatives and approved projects.
  • •Improve current state through performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of issues.
  • •Provide server administration and support for daily operations across on-premise and cloud systems.
  • •Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and solutions, including research and evaluation of new enterprise technologies.
  • •Create and maintain documentation of compute service design and specifications for team reference and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •4+ years of hands-on server administration experience with Windows or Linux (Red Hat Linux a plus).
  • •Hands-on technical understanding of hyperconverged solutions.
  • •Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, SCCM, VMware, Cisco UCS, Veeam, and Red Hat Satellite Server.
  • •Experience with multi-cloud enterprise environments (Azure and AWS) and an ability to troubleshoot root causes and mitigate risks.
