Senior CFC Representative

Own short-term demand forecasting and collaborate with key accounts and distributors to improve demand insight. Receive and confirm customer orders, coordinate supply with intercompany suppliers, and manage shortages and inventory/aging. Drive customer satisfaction by leading internal and external efforts to enhance customer experience. Act as planner for Korea demand and order execution, supporting and escalating to the manager when needed, and help supervise subordinates through goal setting and performance reviews.
