•Help create event materials like invitations, agendas, presentations, and promotional content, while supporting internal communications and social media efforts
•Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, managing schedules, requirements, quotes, deliverables, and invoices to ensure smooth collaboration
•Ensure all event materials align with Allianz branding guidelines, create marketing content to promote events, and measure success through feedback and reporting

•Currently enrolled in a degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field with strong academic performance
•Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms, and basic knowledge of AI technologies
•Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a genuine interest in event management, visitor experiences, and creating positive guest interactions
