Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, configure, and maintain IAM solutions (e.g., OneIdentity or SailPoint) for IAM platforms, SSO, and MFA.
  • •Perform regular IAM reviews and updates to maintain solution efficiency.
  • •Administer IAM solutions, including onboarding new services in multi-cloud environments.
  • •Work in an ITIL environment by executing requests within defined SLA processes.
  • •Perform periodic User Access Reviews (UAR) and collaborate on IAM/security enhancements and project implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Understand Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices.
  • •1–3 years’ experience using OneIdentity or SailPoint IAM platforms.
  • •Practical experience with OAuth and SAML, including federation standards such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • •Experience with Active Directory tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and related components (ADUC, AD Sites and Services, ADDS, DNS, GPO).
  • •Familiarity with identity tooling and scripting (AD scripting and PowerShell preferred), plus relevant IT security certifications (ITIL, CEH, CISSP) as a plus.
