Key Responsibilities

•Optimize end-to-end advertising delivery efficiency, including recall/rough-sort, fine-sort (CTR/CVR), format/creative personalization, and system resource allocation.
•Research and develop a global advanced advertising delivery system using frontier technologies such as ML/DL, RL, LLM, and scaling law approaches in ad recommendation.
•Design and set up system frameworks and standards to continuously improve overall efficiency and meet different vertical business needs.
•Develop research topics including generative retrieval and large recommendation models.
•Work with product and business teams across scenarios with global impact to establish leading ranking models and frameworks.

Key Requirements

•BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operation Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or similar quantitative fields with related experience.
•Research/industry experience in machine learning, deep learning, statistical models, and applied mathematical methods.
•Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python, with familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
•Experience with at least one mainstream ML framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet.
•Familiarity with online experimentation and analytics, and with big data systems including Hadoop and Spark.
