Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the tools and skills lifecycle end to end: triage needs, spec, coordinate with engineering, test, and iterate based on performance.
  • •Drive UX fit-and-finish prioritization across tools and skills in partnership with design and deliver what ships.
  • •Improve tool and skill quality by identifying flaky triggers, wrong outputs, and rough edges and driving fixes.
  • •Build and refine evals, test sets, and measurable signals to translate quality issues into trackable improvement.
  • •Partner with the AI Platform team on tools/skills integration and dependencies; structure prompts/system instructions and run experiment loops.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with a background in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
  • •5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer or creator products.
  • •Technical depth to partner with engineers and investigate root causes of how tools and skills are built.
  • •Daily, hands-on use of AI tools with genuine curiosity about agents and LLM behavior.
  • •Track record driving UX quality and fit-and-finish, plus strong data/experimentation instincts and clear cross-functional communication.
