Key Responsibilities

  • •Write ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms to perform data analysis for capacity operations.
  • •Retrieve, aggregate, and compile data from multiple sources into digestible, actionable outputs.
  • •Analyze business problems, identify root causes, and drive forward-looking opportunities.
  • •Design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support future-state business processes.
  • •Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders verbally and in writing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or BS degree).
  • •Knowledge of SQL/ETL and experience writing ETL queries.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • •Experience with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills to work with business, program, and product teams.
