Key Responsibilities

  • •Own problem framing and success metrics for defined bets across platform surfaces such as benefits & claims, care finding, messaging, and scheduling
  • •Operate independently across 1–2 engineering pods, growing toward ownership of two pods over time
  • •Bring domain signal and customer insight to shape bet strategy by proactively joining upstream conversations
  • •Define scoped problem statements and outcome-oriented metrics the pod can act on without excessive hand-holding
  • •Track bet performance against goals, validate framing with data, and use AI tools ethically in line with data privacy policies

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of Product Management or related technology delivery experience
  • •Interest in or exposure to digital healthcare (payer market experience is a plus)
  • •Comfort operating with ambiguity by converting it into scoped problem statements and success metrics
  • •Working knowledge of agile methodologies and partnering with engineering and design in sprint ceremonies
  • •Practical experience using AI tools for productivity (drafting, research, synthesis) and interest in building deeper AI fluency
