Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead MCO activities for the test resource.
  • •Coordinate handling of technical facts with internal teams, suppliers, and the client.
  • •Ensure equipment availability by planning maintenance operations and managing spare parts.
  • •Run follow-up meetings on technical facts and manage client relationships.
  • •Report activity progress to functional and hierarchical leaders and capture lessons learned for future robustness improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Bac+5) in electronics, embedded systems, or an equivalent field.
  • •Experience leading Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles (MCO) activities.
  • •Strong knowledge of electronic systems, ideally hyperfrequencies.
  • •Experience with systems engineering processes (requirements management, configuration, technical facts).
  • •Ability to investigate failures on electronic equipment.
