Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-performing project teams across multiple workstreams and engineering disciplines from inception through handover, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning and integration.
  • •Deliver projects to agreed KPIs, reporting monthly on time, budget, scope, resources, risk, safety and quality.
  • •Promote WSP culture and support personal and professional development within the Ports & Maritime team.
  • •Administer, implement and maintain contract and commercial administration systems, together with project controls functions.
  • •Provide direction and leadership to the team to successfully deliver project responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartership status with a professional association or advanced project/programme/portfolio management qualification (e.g., ChPP, PMP)
  • •Experience in managing FIDIC/NEC contracts or equivalent

  • •Strong analytical capability with scheduling, risk, cost and performance data
  • •Familiarity with lean performance concepts and continuous improvement
