Technical Expert - Large Language Model

Work on ByteDance’s Seed Large Language Model team to design, develop, and optimize next-generation LLMs. Apply advanced NLP, deep learning, and machine learning techniques to improve accuracy, capability, and efficiency. Conduct state-of-the-art research across pre-training, post-training, inference, and memory, and translate advances into deployable solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship on model architecture, training methods, and deployment strategies.
