Project Manager - Construction Management

Lead construction project delivery for high-tech tenant improvement and development projects in the San Jose region. Manage stakeholders across architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors while tracking milestones, governance processes, and project information flow. Monitor progress against design standards, support cost control and constructability/value engineering efforts, and prepare status reports and documentation—helping ensure schedules, quality, and client relationships stay on track.
