  • •Develop and deploy local content strategies across Qiddiya projects aligned with PIF and national objectives.
  • •Monitor and interpret local content regulations to ensure full compliance; maintain documentation and reporting on performance and impact.
  • •Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to embed local content targets into operations.
  • •Design and implement supplier development programs to build capacity within local supplier bases and manage relationships with local suppliers and government bodies.
  • •Coordinate for audits, liaise with government/regulatory bodies, and provide guidance/training on local content requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in local content management, policy implementation, or supplier development in large-scale projects (construction, infrastructure, or urban development).

  • •Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP preferred but not mandatory.
  • •Strong understanding of Saudi local content policies, government regulations, and Vision 2030 initiatives.
  • •Excellent English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.
