Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across regional entities to ensure alignment with corporate and local standards.
  • •Consolidate and analyze financial results for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • •Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across the region.
  • •Ensure proper implementation of internal controls and corporate governance policies, and manage external and internal audits.
  • •Support country finance managers and business units with financial insights, and lead initiatives to improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with CPA or ACCA (or equivalent) certification required.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in external or internal auditing.
  • •Proven experience managing financial operations and reporting across a regional or multi-country scope.
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax and regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience leading audits and ensuring audit readiness, with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
