Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while meeting individual and store sales goals. Represent the brand, build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, and drive revenue with cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support day-to-day store operations including transactions, inventory processing, and merchandising.
