  • •Serve as primary business lead for top global model labs, managing relationships from research leads through procurement.
  • •Drive revenue expansion by aligning eval programs with each lab’s training and research roadmaps across modalities.
  • •Identify and close select enterprise opportunities to bring Arena evaluation capabilities to high-value accounts.
  • •Negotiate co-release and marketing rights for major lab partnerships to maintain market mindshare.
  • •Maintain revenue forecasts tied to delivery schedules and consumption/renewal cycles, structure pricing frameworks, and manage renewals, upsells, and expansions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years selling complex technical infrastructure or data products as a top individual contributor.
  • •Proven closer who has personally closed seven-figure deals and can navigate procurement and complex negotiations.
  • •AI fluency with understanding of training vs. inference, RLHF, and benchmarking, and ability to discuss model performance needs with research scientists.
  • •High agency to run your own pipeline, forecasting, and deal hygiene without a playbook.
  • •Operational rigor aligning sales promises with delivery reality and working closely with finance and product to ensure deals are profitable and executable.
