•Own and track key metrics and results for the organization across quarters.
•Support the team by researching, building data pipelines, preparing reports, and creating visualisations.
•Drive discovery analyses by scoping opportunities and suggesting initiatives to improve controls and customer experience.
•Communicate insights to stakeholders to drive real change for customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 60,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong quantitative background (statistics, mathematics, engineering or related), with at least 3 years of data analysis experience in a professional setting.
•Experience with SQL, Python/R, dbt (ideally), and building data pipelines.
•Proven ability to translate business insights into persuasive analytical narratives and communicate with stakeholders.
•Ability to structure business problems with minimal supervision and prioritize issues; simplify complex systems.
•Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) and storytelling with data.
