Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead BIM project documentation development, including BIM Execution Plan and Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP).
  • •Oversee integration and coordination of BIM models across multiple disciplines for accuracy and collaboration.
  • •Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes, including creating and maintaining Revit Families.
  • •Mentor and guide project teams on correct application of BIM software and adherence to BIM processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with BIM standards and manage the project’s Common Data Environment (CDE), including Navisworks clash detection reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •4+ years of experience, including at least 3 years focused on BIM for civil projects.
  • •Proficiency in Civil 3D and BIM360 in an engineering production environment.
  • •Advanced Navisworks knowledge for 3D coordination and clash detection.
  • •Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and other BIM standards; strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
