Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a management and shift basis, ensuring adherence to checklists, brand requirements, policies/procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Deliver safety and security outcomes via safety/security promotion, hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety/security/compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • •Perform on-shift operations including weekends and public holidays as required to deliver the local operation.
  • •Ensure emergency response and disruption planning, including station emergency response plan, diversion/delay handling, and business continuity plans.
  • •Accountable for on-time performance, airport ancillary sales performance, and customer service standards/KPIs; meet flight editing and special guest requirements and perform the role of Local Security Contact Officer.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience.
  • •Minimum 7-9 years relevant experience in a leadership or senior management capacity with exposure to global business best practice.
  • •Proven ability to lead and drive results and communicate internally and externally across multiple channels.
  • •Previous exposure to a highly pressured, multicultural environment in a management/supervisory shift setting.
  • •Demonstrable knowledge of leadership, project management and business solutions skills.
