Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform on-site instruction for customer personnel, including writing and modifying maintenance procedures and conducting quality control tests or product evaluations.
  • •Direct efforts of personnel installing control systems, sub-systems, equipment, or performing routine modification/repair.
  • •Provide engineering advisory support to customers and coordinate with internal teams on equipment and related issues.
  • •Cultivate relationships with internal project teams, customer project teams, and contractors.
  • •Use troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills to define problems encountered and complete timely reports.
