Key Responsibilities

  • •Review assigned maintenance tasks with the Maintenance Manager to understand priorities, documentation requirements, and cautions before starting work.
  • •Prepare and perform scheduled aircraft maintenance tasks following assignments, ensuring required documentation, parts, tools, and GSE are available and used correctly.
  • •Carry out scheduled tests and inspections to identify and record defects or damage according to approved maintenance procedures.
  • •Perform routine servicing, transit, daily/weekly checks, component replacement, and authorized test tasks under the Technician’s Cat 1 scope.
  • •Manage safety for assigned tasks, follow mandatory precautions and human-factors procedures, and report task status and problems to the In-Charge.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years’ experience performing maintenance on large commercial aircraft, preferably Airbus types.
  • •At least 4 years’ experience in a Base/Line Maintenance environment.
  • •Holds a current CAR 66 CAT A1 Maintenance License.
  • •Able to demonstrate solid basic understanding of aircraft maintenance theory and practice.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to a good standard for technical communications.
