Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred) in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Preferred experience in thermal design and validation for high-power electronics, AI platforms, HPC systems, or data center servers.
  • •Experience developing liquid cooling technologies such as cold plates, heat sinks, and rack-level cooling solutions.
  • •CFD and thermal analysis experience using tools including Icepak, FloTHERM, and Ansys Fluent (or similar).
  • •Mechanical design experience using Creo, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools, plus knowledge of GD&T and design-for-manufacturing.
