Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead site and trail management during events, ensuring the trail is safe and ready for guests each night.
  • •Coordinate with the Event Manager/Supervisor on daily pre-show and post-show checklists.
  • •Maintain physical and technical event elements with technical departments (lighting, audio, video, power, props, local labor, security).
  • •Implement and follow safety procedures and manage incidents/unplanned works in line with producers’ procedures.
  • •Assist with site control during adverse weather by ensuring wind management and safety plans are adhered to, and support crew welfare (shift patterns and breaks).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 400 daily

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of previous relevant experience in a related industry.
  • •Experience using Google Drive, including Sheets, Word, and Google Meetings.
  • •Previous experience working on large outdoor festivals, Illumination trails, or outdoor experiential events.
  • •Ability to deal with stressful situations calmly and professionally in a constantly changing environment.
  • •Current First-Aid certification is a plus.
  • •Visa/permits: able to work in the event country via citizenship/residency or possession of a work visa/permit.
