Job Summary

Support International Wealth and Premier Banking teams by delivering product training and client education for new insurance and wealth solutions. Follow a needs-based sales process and provide clients with a consistent, high-quality wealth experience. Partner with relationship managers on client meetings, act as a technical second point of contact, and independently complete insurance transactions when needed. Conduct portfolio reviews, assess suitability and regulatory impacts, and coach RMs to deepen product expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct product training and lead client education events to support new product launches and improve client knowledge of markets and financial solutions.
•Follow the needs-based sales process to deliver a meaningful, consistent wealth experience.
•Support relationship managers by deepening client trust and serving as a technical second point of contact for specific insurance products and solutions.
•Conduct portfolio reviews, assess product suitability, and evaluate market and regulatory change impacts to manage opportunities and risks.
•Independently complete insurance transactions for clients whose needs are limited to insurance during the meeting, and improve RM product knowledge through on-job coaching and training.

Key Requirements

•Minimum six years of working experience as a product specialist or financial advisor, or at least one year as a Sub-branch Manager in WPB.
•Strong client skills and the ability to deliver needs-based solutions and an outstanding client experience.
•Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets and relevant regulatory requirements.
•Solid skills to manage a consultative sales process and the ability to correctly identify client needs.
•A solid understanding of global Anti-money Laundering standards, plus knowledge of local and Group compliance regulation.
