Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain scientific relationships with oncology healthcare providers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within a defined territory.
  • •Deliver accurate, balanced, and clinically relevant education on Natera’s oncology molecular diagnostics and clinical data.
  • •Execute against territory plans aligned to Medical Affairs priorities with speed and agility.
  • •Identify and communicate field insights, including oncology treatment trends, unmet clinical needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • •Travel extensively (over 60%) across the territory for clinical engagement and conferences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced healthcare or scientific degree preferred (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., D.N.P.), with a minimum of a Master’s degree required.
  • •Prior Medical Affairs or MSL experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics preferred
  • •Must reside within the assigned territory.
  • •Technical expertise to clearly explain complex genetic testing data and clinical products to oncology specialists is required.
  • •Willingness to travel extensively (over 60%) for clinical engagement and conferences.
