Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the complete lifecycle of LLM implementations from data preparation and fine-tuning through evaluation and production deployment.
  • •Develop automated evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, identify edge cases, and quantify improvements across iterations.
  • •Integrate AI into the product in close partnership with product managers and engineers.
  • •Design and implement low-latency, high-throughput cloud AI/ML systems capable of handling thousands of requests per second.
  • •Build foundational infrastructure including model serving, monitoring, deployment pipelines, and automated testing frameworks to maintain production reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of engineering experience applying LLMs and agents in industry, taking models from experimentation to production at scale.
  • •Hands-on fluency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • •Experience implementing LLM engineering patterns including RAG architectures, embedding models, vector databases, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning strategies.
  • •Strong MLOps experience with CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and observability.
  • •Strong AWS cloud architecture background and experience provisioning infrastructure with Terraform (agentic frameworks like langchain are a plus).
