Job Summary

Design and develop service design across the full product portfolio, ensuring complex solutions can be implemented, operated, and maintained effectively. Lead service architecture activities by partnering with Product, Supply Chain, IT, Offer Management, and third-party suppliers. Own governance, end-to-end processes, policies, and service design packages, while assessing customer requirements and contracts to manage risks, SLA reporting, and operational interfaces for managed services.

•Lead design activities for the service design across the entire product portfolio.
•Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver optimal service delivery.
•Drive service design governance across complex solutions and maintain end-to-end process and policy frameworks.
•Create and own Service Design Packages for implementation and transfer to operations.
•Conduct contract and customer requirements assessment to ensure compliance and propose service design augmentation or contract amendments.

•Provide service design authority across end-to-end solutions, including third-party operational engagement models and SLA reporting.
•Advise teams and third parties on service standards, methodologies, and processes.
•Own engagement with Managed Services OSS functions and ensure adherence to standardized configurations and frameworks.
